Which Is The Better Career Path?

I am a Computer Programming college student at a 2-yr Technical College going after an A.A.S. I am a ‘non-traditional’ college student who has decreased out of university or college twice while going after a B.S. CompSci but I am finally in a good place that appears to value the students. My degree (despite it being truly a 2-year program) is within quite high demand in my (Midwest Agriculture-Centered Economy) state where in fact the tech field is still catching up and the ones folks with the smallest amount can get decent jobs.

For example, I am presently interning at one of the expresses largest employers doing test automation with only 1 1 year of my degree completed. Yesterday in relatively of an anxiety asking if getting two A I made a post.A.S. Fortunately a lot of you very drove and insightful me to do more research into my options.

This is where I have landed. I looked further into the articulation agreements with my others and college and I have found three good options. The closest articulation for a CS degree would only transfer 9 credits, not well worth the trouble definitely. The third is known by me would be the end-all apparent choice, but after checking the receiving university’s website it no longer appears to appear, instead being replaced with a B.A. Applied Technology Management which sounds entirely different and doesn’t even include my program in the initial listing.

These are fundamentally my only options unless I want to begin over and take almost a full 4 many years of Uni again (not taking place, I’m finished with starting over) or get another A.A.S. Degree, which everyone here feels is a bad idea (I 50%-51% agree with this idea). So far as what I want to do with my education? I really just want something that allows me to at least be looked at for advancement as I move further along my career path. Don’t get me wrong, I actually enjoy business-type things, more Finance/Economics but I can adapt when my future is on the line easily.

It’s where all the messy details and container holes lay on your street to success. Many successful business owners know that when navigating the in-between there must be few if any AHA’s along the way. That’s because we have taken enough time to map out and focus on the tiny stuff.

Meaning that the tiny things you offer with on a day to day basis are necessary to your success. It’s about doing them well every day so that over the weeks and weeks you effectively move toward your goal. For business owners planning can be considered an unpleasant experience and we hate to take action. That’s because we have been conditioned to think that whether it’s to go down on paper it needs to become a version of War and Peace.

We’ve all been through a 2-3 day tactical planning session and turn out with a “detailed plan” only to have it end up on the shelf in per month or two. It doesn’t need to be painful. You don’t have to spend days or weeks on planning. And, it generally does not need to be the huge binder of information sitting on your shelf collecting dirt. So rather than focusing on a few months or even years down the road you’ll find you need to concentrate on the immediate strategy or The Tactical Plan.

Begin by setting the main one-season goal for your business. Simply Thenidentify the day-to-day, week and monthly techniques to truly get you there week to. In business you are here but need to be there. And in order to make it happen with your business has to grow. The only path that this will happen is to grow along with it.
